What it is

A trilingual — Russian / English / Estonian — practitioner’s atlas covering the topics where PKI infrastructure meets two new phenomena of recent years: post-quantum migration and AI agents under regulation. Reads as a book, listens as an audiobook (author’s voice, cloned through MiMo-V2.5-TTS), and is signed by Aletheia / EATF — every chapter independently verifiable.

Chapter 1 — PKI Fundamentals

X.509, path validation, revocation (CRL/OCSP), the canonical signing pipeline. The substrate everything else assumes.

Chapter 3 — Post-Quantum Migration

NIST FIPS 203 / 204 / 205, hybrid signatures, realistic timelines 2025–2030.

Chapter 5 — EU AI Act

High-risk Articles 10 / 12 / 13 read through eIDAS and ETSI EN 319.

Chapter 7 — Sector Verticals

The substrate-and-vertical pattern in production: water monitoring, building audit, education, medical, KYC.
